Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available. No refunds on gift certificates.
Payment: The Sweet Water Spa accepts Cash, Check, Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Spaweek, and Spafinder Gift Certificates or Gift Cards.
Return Policy:
Appointment Scheduling: You will be requested to give a credit card number at the time of scheduling your appointment. We will request a deposit for larger groups or parties.
Cancellation Policy: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for single appointments. All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the fees for the services will be charged to your credit card. For rejuvenation days we require 72 hours notice for any cancellations. For parties of 4 or more and/or receiving multiple appointments we require 7 days notice. Cancellations made after that time will be charged to the credit card on file.
Gratuities and Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice and do not reflect taxes or gratuities. If you feel that your therapist did an exceptional job, gratuities are always appreciated immensely by our staff. Standard gratuity is 18-20%depending on your satisfaction with the service.
Our Etiquette Policy: We reserve the right to end services due to inappropriate client behavior. In private, our Manager will request that you leave the Spa. We will require you to pay for the remainder of your service(s).
Other Services: Ask about other specialty services offered by independent contractors.

The spa will order lunch for any service at a cost of $15.00 per person. Please ask our receptionist to see a menu to make your lunch selection.
